New Delhi, March 17 -- Chief Minister of Delhi Rekha Gupta was presented with a traditional floral fan symbolising the historic tradition of Phool Walon Ki Sair at the Delhi Secretariat by representatives of Anjuman Sair-e-Gulfaroshan.

The Chief Minister noted that Phool Walon Ki Sair is a centuries-old tradition of Delhi in which a floral fan is offered at theYogmayaTemple and a floral chadar is presented at the dargah of Khwaja Qutbuddin Bakhtiar Kaki in Mehrauli. She said the festival reflects the spirit of Delhi's Ganga-Jamuniculture and symbolizes the idea of unity embodied in the vision of "Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat".
