New Delhi, May 28 -- The Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls in the National Capital Territory of Delhi will commence from June 20. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, Delhi Chief Electoral Officer Ashok Kumar said that the draft electoral roll will be released on August 5, while the final electoral roll will be published on October 7 this year.

He informed that booth-level officers (BLOs) will start door-to-door verification of electoral rolls from June 30. Under the SIR exercise, each voter will be provided with two enumeration forms.
