New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced the launch of a Single Window System in the capital to make the process of addressing public grievances more effective. Under the initiative, key agencies including the Delhi Government, Delhi Police, DDA, MCD, NDMC, and Delhi Cantonment Board will be brought together on a single digital platform.

As part of this system, the Cabinet approved the rollout of the 'Delhi Mitra' app, which will allow residents to register with just a mobile number and OTP, and directly submit complaints to the government. Citizens will receive real-time updates on their complaints through messages, and submissions will also be possible via WhatsApp.
