New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- Delhi Art and Culture Minister Kapil Mishra said four plays would be organised in every municipal ward. On the first day, performances were scheduled at 176 locations, with around 30-35 theatre teams simultaneously staging plays in wards, settlements, colonies, malls and major markets.

The street plays will raise public awareness about cleanliness, development programmes and public-service initiatives. The campaign is inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi's commitment to public and national service.
