New Delhi, March 2 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta laid the foundation stone for a modern OPD building at the Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS), marking a significant step toward strengthening mental healthcare infrastructure in the capital.
