New Delhi, Nov. 1 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta joined Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena at a seminar organized at the Directorate of Training (UTCS), Vishwas Nagar, to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. The event focused on the theme "National Unity and the Role of Civil Services."
