New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- At the invitation of the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium,. Bart De Wever, will undertake an official visit to India from 02 - 04 September 2026. Prime Minister De Wever would be accompanied by the Belgian Minister of Defence, H.E. Mr. Theo Francken. This will be Prime Minister De Wever's first visit to India since taking office in February 2025.

During the visit, Prime Minister De Wever is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with Prime Minister Modi on 03 September to discuss the entire spectrum of bilateral relations, as well as, regional and global issues of mutual interest.
