New Delhi, May 30 -- The Ministry of Law and Justice has announced the appointment of three Additional Judges to the Karnataka High Court under Article 224(1) of the Constitution of India.

According to a notification issued by the President of India, Smt. Rajeshwari Narayana Hegde has been appointed as an Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court with effect from the date she assumes office. She will serve until her retirement on March 17, 2028.

The President has also appointed Smt. Kedambadi Ganesh Shanthi and Shri Brungesh Mahadevappa as Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court for a period of two years from the date they assume charge of their respective offices.
