New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- Prime Minister of Fiji Sitiveni Ligamamada Rabuka has arrived in New Delhi today, beginning his three-day visit to India.
He was received at the airport by Sukanta Majumdar, Minister of State for Education and Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region. Rabuka is accompanied by his spouse Sulueti Rabuka, Fiji's Minister of Health and Medical Services Ratu Atonio Lalabalavu, along with senior officials.
According to the Ministry of External Affairs, the visit is expected to further strengthen the India-Fiji partnership across a wide range of sectors. During his stay in New Delhi, Prime Minister Rabuka will hold talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi tomorrow and will also call on President Droupadi Murmu.
