New Delhi, Nov. 3 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed election rallies in Arrah and Nawada, Bihar, ahead of the polling scheduled for 6 November. He appealed to the people to support the NDA alliance and said that a developed Bihar is essential for building a developed India.
In his speech at Arrah, the Prime Minister said that a developed Bihar means industrial growth and employment opportunities for the youth within the state. He stated that the NDA's manifesto is a clear and sincere document for the development of Bihar, while the opposition's Mahagathbandhan manifesto is based on false promises.
