New Delhi, June 13 -- Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma reviewed the Water Tanker Command and Control Centre and the SCADA system at Varunalaya to assess water supply monitoring and tanker operations across the city.

During the visit, he also examined the complaint redressal mechanism for grievances received through the 1916 helpline.

Verma said ensuring timely water supply and the swift resolution of citizens' concerns remains a top priority. Officials were directed to further improve response times and address complaints with greater urgency.
