New Delhi, Nov. 1 -- The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) today released its 'Sankalp Patra' (Manifesto) for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections, describing it as a document of vision and commitment, not mere promises. The manifesto lays out a comprehensive roadmap to make Bihar self-reliant (Aatmanirbhar), educated, and prosperous, focusing on inclusive growth across all sections of society and every region of the state.

The release ceremony took place in Patna in the presence of BJP National President and Union Minister JP Nadda, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, JDU Working President Sanjay Jha, LJP (Ram Vilas) chief Chirag Paswan, HAM chief Jitan Ram Manjhi, and RLSP leader Upendra Kushwaha, among other NDA leaders.
