New Delhi, Nov. 11 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) celebrated World Urdu Day with a vibrant Mushaira held at the MCD headquarters, highlighting the rich heritage and expressive beauty of the Urdu language.

The event was graced by Deputy Mayor Jai Yadav, Standing Committee Chairperson Satya Sharma, Leader of the House Pravesh Wahi, and several senior MCD officials.

Poets and writers beautifully presented the beauty of the Urdu language, its culture, and messages of unity through their compositions, which filled the entire atmosphere with literary essence and emotions.
