New Delhi, Nov. 3 -- Delhi Cabinet Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa participated in a booth-level meeting in Mundka to review preparations for the upcoming by-elections on 12 MCD seats.

Addressing party workers, Sirsa praised their dedication and emphasised that under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Delhi is progressing rapidly on the path of development and governance reforms.
