New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov on Wednesday co-chaired the 26th India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).
The two sides held extensive discussions covering a wide spectrum of cooperation including trade, agriculture, energy, industry, skilling, mobility, education, and culture. The meeting came against the backdrop of a challenging global geopolitical environment.
