New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully carried out its first Integrated Air Drop Test (IADT-01), marking a crucial step forward in the preparations for the country's ambitious Gaganyaan mission.
ISRO stated that the achievement was made possible through a joint effort involving the Indian Air Force, Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Indian Navy, and Indian Coast Guard.
Sharing the update on X, ISRO posted: "ISRO has successfully conducted the first Integrated Air Drop Test (IADT-01), demonstrating the Parachute-based Deceleration System for the Gaganyaan Mission. The test was executed in collaboration with the Indian Air Force, DRDO, Indian Navy, and Indian Coast Guard."...
