New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- The 8th High-Level Meeting (HLM) between the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) and the Sri Lanka Coast Guard (SLCG) was held in New Delhi on 11 August 2025, marking another milestone in the strong and enduring maritime partnership between the two countries.
The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation in areas such as marine pollution control, maritime search and rescue, and maritime law enforcement, along with strengthening capacity-building and technical assistance initiatives.
