New Delhi, Sept. 19 -- India has achieved a significant milestone at the 28th Universal Postal Congress (UPU) in Dubai, being elected to both the Postal Operations Council (POC) and the Council of Administration (CA).
Union Minister for Communications, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia, announced the development, describing it as a proud moment that reflects India's growing global leadership under the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
