New Delhi, Oct. 10 -- At the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Rt Hon Sir Keir Starmer MP, paid his first official visit to India from 8-9 October 2025, accompanied by senior ministers, business leaders, and academic representatives. The visit followed Prime Minister Modi's July 2025 trip to London, during which both sides signed the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and adopted the India-UK Vision 2035 and Defence Industrial Roadmap.
