New Delhi, March 24 -- Indian External Affairs Minister (EAM) Dr. S. Jaishankar virtually addressed the conference "India and Russia: Towards a New Bilateral Agenda" on March 23, 2026, reiterating India's commitment to strengthening its Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership with Russia.
