New Delhi, June 29 -- India and Seychelles announced an extensive package of development assistance, infrastructure support, institutional partnerships and strategic agreements during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's State Visit to Seychelles, significantly expanding cooperation in defence, healthcare, connectivity, digital payments, agriculture, maritime affairs, space technology, education and capacity building.
