New Delhi, April 11 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu addressed the International Conference on Countering Narco-Terrorism, which brought together experts from strategic, law enforcement, diplomatic and academic communities.
He cautioned that narco-terrorism is no longer a distant or isolated threat but lies at the core of contemporary security, economic and governance challenges.
