New Delhi, July 3 -- The Delhi Government has notified a comprehensive Winter Pollution Master Plan to tackle seasonal air pollution through timely, preventive, and technology-driven measures. The plan will remain in force from 1 November to 28 February.

Under the Master Plan, strict enforcement of the 'No PUC, No Fuel' policy will be implemented. The government will also restrict the entry of non-BS VI vehicles from outside Delhi during the winter period.

The plan provides for Work From Home for up to 50% of employees, whenever required, and proposes higher parking charges to encourage greater use of public transport.
