New Delhi, Dec. 18 -- The Government of the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi, Department of Environment and Forests, has issued a notification dated December 17, 2025, enforcing stringent measures under GRAP Stage-IV (Severe+) to curb deteriorating air quality in the capital.

As per the notification, no petrol, diesel or CNG shall be supplied to any vehicle that does not possess a valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate during the enforcement of GRAP-IV. Fuel stations have been directed to strictly verify PUC compliance through physical certificates as well as digital systems such as ANPR, VAHAN, or other centralised databases, and violations will attract penalties.
