New Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta presented her government's one-year report card, highlighting what she described as a shift from "stagnation to speed" and from "announcements to implementation" in the national capital.

Addressing the public along with her Cabinet colleagues, Gupta said her government has focused on delivering results rather than making promises. "Our government is not about declarations, but about outcomes. We prioritised work on the ground over advertisements," she said, adding that the administration adopted the principle of "less paperwork, more work" to transform Delhi's work culture.
