New Delhi, Sept. 20 -- After a gap of five decades, Delhi has received a new Drainage Master Plan, aimed at providing a permanent solution to the capital's waterlogging problem and modernizing its sewer and drainage systems.

The plan was unveiled at the NDMC Convention Centre on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, during the ongoing Seva Pakhwada.
