New Delhi, July 26 -- Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa participated in a heartwarming tree plantation programme titled "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam" at the Government Lady Noyce Middle Special School, Nehru Bihar. The event was organized with specially-abled children, making it an emotionally resonant occasion.

Sirsa shared that while the children may not speak or hear, their radiant smiles and sparkling eyes during the plantation expressed volumes and left a deep emotional impact.
