New Delhi, April 23 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced a strict new measure to tackle air pollution in the national capital, stating that vehicles without a valid Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate will no longer be provided fuel.

Under the "No PUC, No Fuel" policy, all petrol pumps and fuel agencies across Delhi have been directed to ensure strict compliance with the rule. Vehicles lacking a valid PUC certificate will be denied petrol, diesel, CNG or LPG at fuel stations.
