New Delhi, Feb. 28 -- A Delhi court discharged Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, senior leader Manish Sisodia, K. Kavitha, founder of Telangana Jagruthi, along with 20 others in the corruption case linked to the alleged excise policy scam.
In a detailed 598-page order, Special Judge Jitendra Singh of the Rouse Avenue Courts sharply criticised the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) over the manner in which the probe was conducted.
The judge also found no documentary or electronic evidence establishing any pecuniary advantage to Kejriwal arising from the alleged scam.
