New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- On the occasion of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay's birth anniversary, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in a major cleanliness campaign under the initiative "Ek Din - Ek Ghanta - Ek Saath Shramdaan". The drive stretched from Digambar Jain Lal Mandir to Gurudwara Sis Ganj Sahib in Chandni Chowk.
Gupta described the effort as more than just a cleanliness campaign. She said it was a pledge to carry forward Mahatma Gandhi's message of sanitation and embody Deendayal Ji's vision of dignity and facilities reaching the last person in society.
