New Delhi, Aug. 4 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, along with Union Law and Justice Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal and Delhi Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta, on Saturday launched the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) and inaugurated a 500-kilowatt solar power plant at the Delhi Assembly premises.
The initiatives aim to make the Assembly paperless, transparent, and energy-efficient. From August 4, the upcoming Assembly session will be fully digital and powered entirely by solar energy.
Calling it a step towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of "Digital India" and "Green India", the Chief Minister said the move represents a blend of innovation, transparency, and environmental responsibility.
