New Delhi, June 12 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta participated in the 11th Governing Council meeting of NITI Aayog chaired by Narendra Modi and outlined the Delhi government's key public welfare and development initiatives aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

The Chief Minister highlighted measures for women's empowerment, including the Lakhpati Beti Yojana, and emphasized AI-based education, skill development, and employment opportunities for youth. She also presented Delhi's roadmap for strengthening healthcare services, expanding public welfare programmes, improving governance through digital systems, and developing modern infrastructure.
