New Delhi, Aug. 16 -- State-owned telecom operator Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) on Friday announced the launch of its 4G network in the national capital.
In a statement, BSNL said the service will be provided to customers through a partner's network under a "4G-as-a-Service" model. This approach will allow BSNL SIM users with 4G-enabled devices to access 4G coverage in Delhi, even as the company continues to build its own indigenous 4G network across the country.
The move will enable new BSNL customers in Delhi to instantly access 4G services on compatible mobile devices.
