New Delhi, Sept. 27 -- The Delhi unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has accused AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal of failing to curb stubble burning in Punjab, alleging that it is endangering the health of Delhi residents.
BJP Delhi stated that since coming to power in the capital, the Rekha Gupta government has been working "at war footing" to reduce pollution through measures such as deploying electric buses, cloud seeding operations, and anti-smog guns. The party claimed these initiatives were ensuring cleaner air for Delhiites.
However, BJP leaders alleged that the AAP-led Punjab government, "remotely controlled by Kejriwal," was allowing large-scale stubble burning, which could plunge Delhi once again into a public health emergency. ...
