New Delhi, June 14 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi in charge Saurabh Bhardwaj addressed a press conference and attacked the BJP government over the recent hike in Power Purchase Adjustment Cost (PPAC) charges on electricity bills.

Saurabh Bharadwaj reminded the public that BJP Delhi President Virendra Sachdeva had once called Arvind Kejriwal a "thief" when the PPAC charges were increased during the AAP government. "Now that the BJP government has itself increased the PPAC charge by 10.50%, should we call them dacoits or super-thieves?" Bharadwaj asked.
