New Delhi, Nov. 6 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta of "insulting Dr. B.R. Ambedkar" by renaming the World Class Schools of Specialized Excellence, originally launched under the previous Delhi government, as CM SHRI Schools.

AAP alleged that these institutions were initiated by the Kejriwal government in honour of Babasaheb Ambedkar, and renaming them was not only an attempt at credit appropriation, but also a sign of disrespect toward the architect of the Indian Constitution.
