New Delhi, July 21 -- The Aam Aadmi Party has officially left the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A). This was announced by AAP leader Sanjay Singh.
Sanjay Singh emphasized that the INDIA alliance was primarily an arrangement for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. He pointed out that AAP contested the Delhi and Haryana Assembly polls independently and plans to fight the upcoming Bihar election solo, as it did in recent bypolls in Punjab and Gujarat. "The AAP is not part of INDIA. We will raise issues strongly in the Lok Sabha and continue to act as a robust opposition," Singh said.
