India, March 27 -- Nepal's youngest prime minister forms Council of Ministers dominated by technocrats
Nepal's newly-installed Prime Minister Balendra Shah unveiled his Council of Ministers after taking the oath of office on Friday in Kathmandu.
Besides Nepal's pre-existing problems, his team will immediately have to deal with the fallout of the West Asia conflict to satisfy an electorate impatient for change.
The Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) won a majority in the 5 March election and capped the Cabinet size at 15.
Shah, a structural engineer and musician, himself has taken charge of the Defence and Industry Ministries. There has been an attempt to make the Cabinet inclusive with women in five of the new portfolios.
