New Delhi, July 20 -- Influencer brothers Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami after British authorities sought their extradition on expanded charges of rape, human trafficking and sexual offences. The arrests mark the latest chapter in a legal battle spanning the United Kingdom, Romania and the United States.

The dual US-UK citizens have denied all allegations, while their lawyer has vowed to fight the extradition request.

The brothers were taken into custody in Miami on a sealed warrant after the UK Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) formally requested their extradition.
