New Delhi, Sept. 23 -- Days ahead of Bengal's favourite festival, Durga Puja, Kolkata was submerged under water after rains wrecked havoc on the city in the intervening night between 22nd and 23rd September. Numerous videos posted on social media revealed the extent of waterlogging all around city.
