TCS Layoffs, July 30 -- The recent news of India's largest IT services company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) laying of 2 per cent of its global workforce has jolted the industry, with many criticising the move. Now Soham Parekh, who went viral earlier this year for moonlighting at multiple companies has spoken up on the TCS layoffs news.

In a post on X, Soham Parekh urged employees to upskill themselves and not wait for their companies giving handouts.

"Don't wait for handouts. Learn fast. Build harder. Your skills are your leverage," he said in a post on X.

"Outwork the system. Outlearn the gatekeepers. Outbuild the giants," he added.
