New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- Vedanta Chairman Anil Agarwal lauded the presentation of the Union Budget 2026-27, calling it a growth-focused plan that emphasised capital expenditure and manufacturing capabilities, while targeting youth and women. He hailed certain initiatives proposed by the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and congratulated her and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for supporting the Indian economy amid uncertain times.
