New Delhi, Aug. 23 -- Kannada star Yash is gearing up for the much-anticipated release of his pan-India project, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups. The film has managed to sell more than 4.5 lakh tickets in India so far while targeting an opening collection in double digits.

The latest update suggests that Toxic has continued to gain momentum in advance booking, grossing Rs.18.53 crore from the sale of over 4.64 lakh tickets across 12,585 domestic shows so far. The Kannada and Hindi versions are majorly driving the pre-release business, contributing Rs.9.50 crore and Rs.7.55 crore, respectively, with their 2D formats alone. Premium formats have further boosted the film's collections, particularly Kannada IMAX and 4DX.
