New Delhi, Dec. 19 -- TikTok has signed a deal to place its US operations under a new joint venture, TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC, CEO Shou Zi Chew said in a memo to employees, adding that agreements have been finalised with three managing investors - Oracle, Silver Lake and Abu Dhabi-based MGX, as reported by Axios.
