New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- Bollywood's latest horror-comedy Thamma made a striking debut at the box office, according to early trade reports. The film featured Ayushmann Khuranna and Rashmika Mandanna in lead roles. Thamma is also directed by 'Munjya' fame Aditya Sarpotdar.

According to the site Sacnilk, Ayushmann Khuranna's Thamma has earned about Rs.24 crore at the box office according to early estimates.

According to the latest update from Sacnilk, Thamma has raked in Rs.24.87 crore by 10 PM. With a clear run at the box office and minimal competition, the film is expected to sustain its strong performance through the weekdays. This Diwali, the only other notable release was Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat.
