Tempsens Instruments IPO Day 3: Issue booked 21.66x so far. Here's GMP, review, other key details - Apply or not?
New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Tempsens Instruments IPO has entered its last day of bidding on Monday, 24 August. The Rs.650 crore IPO, which had opened for bidding on 20 August, has been subscribed over 21.66x so far.
The company has fixed the price band for the IPO at Rs.285- Rs.300 per share and plans to raise a total of Rs.650 crore through the Tempsens Instruments IPO. Of this amount, Rs.555 crore will be raised through an Offer for Sale (OFS), while the remaining Rs.95 crore will come from the issue of fresh shares.
By 5:00 PM on the second day, the public issue had garnered 21.66 times subscription, with the retail category subscribed 18.67 times and the NII segment 52.98 times. Meanwhile, the QIB portion had been subscribed 3.31 times.
