New Delhi, Aug. 22 -- The Supreme Court has modified its August 11 order, directing that dogs be released back to their original areas after sterilisation and vaccination, except those infected with rabies or exhibiting aggressive behaviour.
The top court has also ordered that no public feeding of dogs will be allowed, and dedicated feeding spaces for stray dogs to be created in the Delhi-NCR area.
Supreme Court said there have been instances due to such feeding instances.
