New Delhi, Aug. 11 -- Sunshine Pictures IPO will open for subscription on Tuesday, August 18 and will close on Thursday, August 20. The bidding for anchor investors is scheduled to take place a day earlier, on Monday, August 17.

The Rs.282 crore public offering comprises a fresh issue of up to 48,00,034 equity shares along with an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 30,37,157 equity shares. Following the issue, the company's implied market capitalisation is estimated to be between Rs.1,065 crore and Rs.1,121 crore.

The company has fixed the price band for its IPO at Rs.342 to Rs.360 per equity share, with a face value of Rs.10 per share.

Investors can bid for a minimum of 41 shares, with bids thereafter accepted in multiples of 41 shares. At...
