New Delhi, Oct. 27 -- Motorcycle accessories manufacturer Studds Accessories Ltd is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) this week to raise over Rs.455 crore from the primary markets. The company on Monday announced the Studds Accessories IPO price band.

Studds Accessories IPO price band has been set at Rs.557 to Rs.585 per share. At the upper-end of the price band, the company aims to raise Rs.455.49 crore from the public issue, which is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 77.86 lakh equity shares.
