New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has allowed foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) to participate in a wider range of exchange-traded commodity derivatives, a move aimed at broadening investor participation and deepening liquidity in the commodity derivatives market
